What you will do in your role

  • Independently manage operations, projects and communication with client accounts of all sizes and across different geographies.
  • Develop marketing materials, case studies and data-driven facts that effectively communicate the platform’s benefits and support business development.
  • Capture market feedback and product requirements and continually provide the product team with the necessary input to fuel product-innovation.

What you need to be great at

  • Customer orientation: you’re able and willing to find out what the customer wants and needs and to act accordingly.
  • Personal stature and composure: you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to multitask without losing focus.
  • Proven experience in a sales or client services position; experience in working with product and engineering teams is a plus.
